Nature is very wise and all the animals that are part of it accept its designs as a "natural law", hence the majority of animals must defend themselves at a young age, or the time they are in the care of their mothers is relatively short. compared to the time it takes a human newborn.

🐷

You could say that the very fact of being born and surviving represents your first test.

Everything counts in the animal world, and that is why everything adds up to survival: the moment at which one is born, the size, the number of siblings, the drive and the desire to immediately join nature.

But only sometimes can you find cases that go against it and have a different result than what "natural law" dictates.

And just like that, the story of "Pink" begins, a little pig who was born in 10th place in his litter, that is, he was the last to leave after a laborious job by his mother, a large, black and white pig. called "Mora".

When "Pink" was born, his brothers were already in the place that each one chooses to be breastfed (some farmers say that since they are in their mothers' wombs they know the exact place where they will breastfeed on their mother's body).

Each one incorporated claimed their place to extract the milk they need to become strong, only that a selfish and greedy brother did not let "Pink" be able to suck, this created a difference in size between his brothers and him.

🐷

A week in the animal world makes a difference, and the size that is gained is quite a lot compared to an animal that has not been able to feed well. What would happen to Rosado then? Should he accept the natural law that dictates that only the largest strong survive?

Luckily for him, the human who accompanied the mother pig during birth did not agree with this and decided to bring him with him in a wheelbarrow full of rocks with which he had to work in the construction of a wall.

There was "Pink", smaller than a cat, away from his mother and siblings, in a place he had never visited.

The humans talked among themselves, he did not understand anything, but he decided to trust, he made them understand that he was small but had a lot of drive, he showed the desire to live.

They looked in the kitchen of that new place for some milk and a small bottle that simulated their mother's breasts, but they did not find milk that they could give her at that moment.

Again another opportunity arose and the human went in search of liquid milk, the kind woman who was carrying him decided to put him to sleep between her legs to calm his hunger a little, minutes later the human arrived with better news, a goat had decided to collaborate and donated a little of her milk.

"Pink" was finally able to eat, this time curled up in that woman's legs, because without a doubt second chances exist beyond natural law"

End

Only half of the text I see as a story and what you wrote is heartfelt but not a fable. ☹️

♥️🍀

Hello @wakeupkitty

It's certainly not a fable, I thought so too.

It's a real-life story, which makes it more beautiful for me.

The person in the photos is me, I thought it was nice not to waste the opportunity to tell the story of this little pig who is 8 days old.

I would have liked the writing to be more like a fable, but my learning in this task is that to achieve this, a more imaginative touch must be given.

I already thought it was you. I've had a pig years ago as well. It worked wonderwell with the other pets we had and it used the litter with the cat and the ferrets. She was a bit sneaky inside. If I left the house she was partying dragging the plants all over the place and taking my place on the sofa. As soon as I entered house she was back at her place pretending she only slept during my absence.

hahahahahahahahahaha a very funny life story, thanks for sharing it with me @wakeupkitty.

In Venezuela, ferrets, do not even exist.

I have three cats: Carlota, Tito and Copito, each one with a different personality.

The pigs belong to my neighbor, but they are always welcome at home.
