Power to remain in the North 2023

Some northern irredentist Have been Hawking and clamouring for power to remain in the north beyond 2023.
My question to them has always been,what development has this donkey years brought to the region?they go mute whenever I asked them
There is this non-verifiable assumption that north has a superior voting strength when it comes to presidential elections.
Yet,for three consecutive time when buhari was the presidential candidate for his patry in 2003,2007 & 2011, the so called northern vote couldn't make him he president until he strucked formidable alliance with the south.
I suppose by now the north should have been paradise by now for the amount of years they have held to power.expect power is not service delivery and development.
For all this longevity in presidential power,The north has the honor of having the highest number of out of school children,the highest malnourished children,the highest less educationally less developed state, especially the north east with the lowest standard of living,what about the surging internal displace persons,
So in specific,what has this number of years in power brought to the north.
