THE DIARY GAME: 23/11/2020: READING AND REWARDING STEEM NIGERIA CONTEST PARTICIPANTS

Today started on a good mood. I had to prepare to go to office, as I had some documents to scan. It was my wife’s credentials.

I took a quick breakfast of tea and 4 slides of bread. When I finished eating, my wife asked my son, baby Andikan if daddy gave him his breakfast.

The boy is just 2 months and on exclusive breastfeeding, so I was just eating, while he was on the sitting room chair kicking his legs and hands. Each time his legs touch me he would get more excited and kick the more. Most times I had to shift so he won’t break his small legs.

At the office, I used the DCC’s desktop to scan because it’s connected to the scanner.

It was after scanning that I had to do the winners announcement post for STEEM NIGERIA contest week 1. Here’s the post.

It was tough to choose winners, but what really helped me was considering the number of valid entries, an idea I borrowed from @steemitblog diary game season 2 team winners’ announcement.

I got to speak to the admin officer about the forth coming dedication ceremony of our son, @andikan on the 13th December, 2020. Normally, if you have an occasion in my company, you buy drinks to invite the workers officially.

The admin department will then organize workers to attend the occasion and a token from the company will be given to you.

So, after telling him my plan to invite, he suggested that I hold on till Friday since the HR manager is not on seat today, pointing out that he will come to office on or before Friday this week.

Back to my office, I tidied up some stuff and ready to close early so that I can go to market and get few items for my wife before heading home.

Later today, I will be announcing a new contest for the week. You may need to watch out because it’s going to be very interesting.

Still us
