While I was coming up as a young boy, I never liked the fact that I have to learn english language because english was too complicated even more than mathematics. I grew up speaking good and correct queens english.

When I entered the school english language system, I discovered that there was more to english other than speaking it even more so, you will get to know that the english you are speaking comfortably even with boldness is not the correct english.

There were some questions that arose when I was learning past tense, present tense, present continuous tense and future tense. And those question never got an answer. The only answer we got as students is that those question will be treated as exception eg broadcast, split fit etc.

Those words do not Change form as far as I know, but during my school days I never knew and my teacher did not tell us why. Maybe it something we were to learn ourselves. My school days in English language was poor because I never showed the Interest it required.

Because I had learnt that English language was a compulsory subject for WAEC (west Africa examination council), I decided to pick up interest for the subject inorder not to fail the subject. But as I was studying English language both in school and at home, I fell in love with it.

Although I cannot boldly answer all questions from english language but I will be always to say something when the discussion cut across the aspect of english I can voice about. I talk and people listen.

I had studied english language textbooks and article with big grammatical structure and new words such that I had a way of finding the meaning of a new word without necessarily checking the dictionary. I will agree it does not work all the time, but sometimes, it works!

One fact about almost every thing in life is that, if there is no constant refreshment of knowledge, that knowledge will quietly and slowly fade away without even a notice and new knowledge comes to take its place.

My school life was fun, and I believe my varsity life will be better. Thank you for reading till the end, till I meet you again
