Greetings to all steemian in this platform.
I woke up this morning by 6:40am abit tired. I think it was due to the work stress I encountered yesterday. I didn't waste much time on the bed, I just took a bottle of water, drank from it and kept it closed to my bed because I needed to do some exercise to keep me feet for the days activity.
The exercise lasted for 40minutes and I drank the whole water remaining in the bottle while resting.

At about 9:30pm, I used the toilet, brush my teeth and took my bath.
The breakfast wasn't getting ready on-time as usual. I wasn't boardered since I wasn't going to work today. I planned going to do a welcome back on a new Glo SIM card i bought by the road side 2days ago of which wasn't activated.
Although it was registered where i bought it, but on getting home the SIM did not work like they said. The response i got was, "Your Line is Deactivated".
I immediately called on GLO customer Care and complained. They said i need to present most importantly a valid 🆔 card of which i wasn't told to present while they were doing the registration 2days ago.
The lady that spoke to me via customer care just advice me not to border going back to where i bought the SIM card, that i should go straight to their office which was just opposite urhobo college school warri delta state and i shouldn't forget to take with me a valid 🆔 card along.
Going to Glo office at warri was just my plan today, this was just the reason i wasn't in a hurry to quickly eat and leave for work as usual.
By 11am my breakfast was ready. I ate the food at a normal pace, drank some water to my satisfaction, rested for about 10minutes and left home to take a transport.

The common transport means in my area is Tricycle, commonly known as "KEKE". As we drove on, the driver picked 2 more passengers along the road making us 4person onboard including him driving. As we drove closer to a police check point, the driver quickly asked all of us to put on our nose mask. All 3 passengers were present with our mask, as we quickly pulled it out from our different bags and put it on.
I was supposed to have gotten to my destination in less than 50minutes but due to the traffic and security men on the road, it took me 1hour to arrive at the GLO office.
Due to the covid 19 pandemic on ground, u won't be given assess to any office in town without sanitizing or watching your hands with soap and running water.
I all most forgot all of that as I worked straight to the office with all eagerness to lay my complaint to a customer agent. I was surprised when a young man putting on a blue and white uniform stopped me and said: "please sir you need to use the hand sanitizer by the entrance. Ohh please I'm so sorry I forgot, I said and quickly rushed back to where the hand sanitizer was and had my hands sanitized.
This is me at GLO office in warri delta State."
After I finished using the sanitizer, I was directed by the same security Man where to wait before it got to my turn. I was so surprised that we had more than 6persons still waiting to be attended to.
Well, I didn't lose hope because the lady attending to us was quiet fast and the people there before me were not many. So I had every reason to wait and I couldn't forfeit my reason for coming.
Hoo yes at last, at about 4pm it got to my turn. After filling the form i was given, i was asked to attach my ID card that was previously scanned by a young lady who requested for it as I sat to wait for my turn. lastly, they took a snapshot of my face and I was told to insert the SIM as from 7pm above that the SIM should start working then.

What a relief I said with me. Immediately I left for home and behold, the moment i installed the SIM in my phone, it started working. What a relief in did, i said once again at home. This was how my day went.
