Today I will share an amazing travel story of my official work trip to Bhandaria. Bhandaria is a municipality in Pirojpur district of Barisal division. I had to stay there for some time for work and I visited two places: Bhandaria Shishu Park and the House of Hon'ble MP Mr. Anwar Hossain Manju (Former Minister), better known as Mantri Bari.
Vandaria Children's Park:
The surroundings of Bhandaria Shishu Park are very pleasant. A small river the Pona runs besides the park, with Bhandaria Bazaar on one side and the park on the other. Every day, many people bring their children to the park courtyard. Others come with their loved ones to spend the afternoon in the charming atmosphere of quiet nature.
I was particularly impressed by the boats and trawlers moving through the small river beside the park. There are also small shops and places for children to play, as well as various animal sculptures. In the evening, we ate Bombay Chili Phuska and Chotpoti. After wandering around for a long time, we returned to the hotel. I will write about the Bombay pepper another day. During my stay in Bhandaria, I used to spend my free afternoons in the park. I have shared some pictures taken at Bhandaria Shishu Park. I miss that spending time in the park a lot.
Minister House:
After going to the office in Bhandaria, I heard the name of the minister's house from one of my colleagues and wanted to visit it. So, some of us went to the minister's house. Mr. Anwar Hossain Manju had been elected six times from the Pirojpur-2 Constituency.
He is a senior leader of the Jatiya Party and the son of a very noble family. After seeing his house, I realized that he was also noble in taste. He had made the house quite regal. It felt so good to enter the house. Everyone had a lot of fun and took pictures. After a good look around, we left. Today, I wrote about my Bhandaria travel experience.
