Today I am presenting a post about organizing a barbecue party. After a long time, today I met some of my friends who were in the city for work. Now they have come home for Eid and my brother Babu has come with them. So then I thought that since everyone has been together after a long time, let's organize an event now. I told them about organizing barbecue and cooking khichuri and they were all willing to do it.

Then I collected some small amount of donations from everyone after collecting. After taking all the money in my hand, I calculated what was needed in a ledger. And I listed the spices and vegetables that were needed for barbecue and some cooking in the ledger. Then I and my friend Rabbi went to the market together. I bought everything and brought it. After bringing three more, we all got together again.

Then I took everything out of the bag in the market after taking it out. I took out the chicken meat and gave it to my friends on the bank of the river so that they could clean it very well and make pieces of meat to make barbecue. Meanwhile, I and one of my uncles together made a firewood to make barbecue.

Then I took out the coal packet from inside the bag. After taking it out, the coals were very nicely arranged in a nice dry place. I kept that place after putting it away. Then I thought I needed bricks now then . I brought some bricks from the side after bringing the bricks. I spread them very nicely around and after giving .

I put the fried firewood. Then I was trying to light the fire by blowing on the coal. Then I saw that the coal was a little wet. For that I bought petrol from the shop again. After buying petrol and using some petrol on the coal. I heated it and it got overheated.

In this way, for some time, we, the elder brother and all the friends, did the work of lighting the fire. Then when we had heated the coals completely, then we all put the stove on top. After the coals were heated well, all of us who were having this Barbie party had a lot of fun and took a picture together.

After the picture was taken, everyone got busy with their own work. And my responsibility was to cut the spice packet neatly. Then I called one of my friends and took some spices in a blender. I made the spices into powder and brought them.

In the meantime, I brought the chicken meat. After bringing it, there was a little water inside the meat, so I squeezed it and drained the water. After draining the water, I put all the spices in the dish. After putting it, I put the chicken meat in the dish and rubbed the meat very nicely with the spices. I rubbed the spices well so that the spices stick well to each piece of meat.

After the rubbing work was finished, I lifted the chicken meat little by little on the stove. After putting it, I put a little soybean oil on the meat again so that the meat does not burn. Then after putting it here, I slowly gave it a little air so that the heat could get a little better. After some time, even after adding additional oil, I saw that the meat was a little burnt.

Meanwhile, the barbecue has been done for a few hours. Then I came here and saw that. My friend and sister-in-law are busy cooking khichdi very beautifully. I came here and helped them for some time. And I took a photograph during this cooking moment.

After staying near this cooking for some time, when the cooking was done, we all washed our hands and faces and freshened up. Then we took the barbecue dish and the khichuri cooking pot to the balcony. Then one of our elder brothers made a very beautiful party on the floor to sit on.

We all sat down to eat. Then one of us took a friend's mobile and went in front and took a selfie. We cooked with great joy today, we cooked this barbecue and khichuri. But now it's time to serve.

After that, we got a very beautiful rice and 2 pieces of barbecue in pellets. There were many of us together, and it was a lot of fun during the meal. After everyone finished eating, we had a glass of mojo water. After all the friends and brothers finished eating and drinking together. After talking to everyone a little, I said goodbye and left around midnight. And here I am ending my post today.
