Hello, steemed friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is doing well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also doing well. Today I came to participate in a food diary game of the Steem for Bangladesh community for the first time. I have participated in many contests of the Steem for Bangladesh community. This time I saw the contest about the food diary game for the first time in the Steem for Bangladesh community. The contest was organized by @mostofajaman. The name of the contest is "Steem For Bangladesh Contest: Food Diary Game ". So without further ado, let's move on to today's main discussion.

Our daily diet includes many types of foods that are necessary for our body. However, each of us should ensure that our daily diet includes six elements. That is, we should ensure that our daily diet contains the nutrients that our body needs. Let's discuss the foods that were in my diet throughout the day today.
I finished my breakfast with paratha and mixed vegetables in the morning. Paratha was made of flour and vegetables including potatoes, carrots, gourds, and lentils.
Then around 11 o'clock, I made Boroi stuffing. Boroi is a fruit rich in vitamin C. It fills the deficiency of vitamin C in our body. Moreover, the sour taste of Boroi increases the taste of the mouth. I used green chilies, mustard, and coriander leaves to make Boroi stuffing. It was accompanied by salt.
The lunch menu included white rice, brinjal stew, fish cooked with bean sprouts, beef, and salad. These foods fulfill our body's vitamin and protein requirements.
In the evening, I cooked noodles and made coffee. To the noodles, I added green chilies, tomatoes, chopped eggs, and coriander leaves, which are very beneficial for our bodies. The coffee accompanied the noodles.
Then I had light food for dinner, that is, any heavy food at night is not suitable for the body. So at night, I finished my dinner with Kachki fish and tomato dal. Fish contains a lot of vitamin A which helps in increasing the light of our eyes. We know that a lack of vitamins causes night blindness. Which is not possible by eating this small fish. Dal is a non-vegetarian food. Dal fulfills our body's non-vegetarian requirement.
This was my food menu today, which I ate from morning to night. To keep our bodies healthy and increase their strength, we must eat nutritious food. We should include some such food in our daily food list, which fulfills the requirement of six nutrients in our body. Along with this, we should include fish and meat in our daily food list, which fulfills the requirement of our body being non-vegetarian.
