Show us your Skills by Creating any Craft with Paper

Greetings to you all fellow steemians. I hope you are all fine as expected. I appreciate @shiftitamanna and Steem For Bangladesh for organising and sustaining this contest. I am also glad to participate in this week's contest titled "Show us your Skills by Creating Any Craft with Paper". Today, I shall be constructing a Jewelry box Using embossed paper. I believe you will like it.

✅ Present your paper craft to us in at least 4 steps.

Materials for construction

• Embossed papers
• Pencil
• Scissors
• paper cutter
• Evostik gum
• Rubber
• crystal fabric mesh

Step 1
I measured the rubber 4.5 inches and cut it with my paper cutter.

Step 2
I cut a rectangular shape from my red embossed paper measuring 4.5 inches by 11 inches. I also used the cover of my rubber to draw 15 circles and I used My scissors to cut the circle out.

Step 3
I folded each of the circles using a lips glue container and gummed It with adhesive glue. I then cut one and a half inches of crystal fabric mesh and gummed it on the folded circle.

Step 4
I arranged the folded circles on the rectangular embossed paper as shown below.

Step 5
I gummed the rectangular paper on my rubber using Evostik gum.

Step 6
I cut two black embossed pieces of paper and gummed them at the edges of the folded paper. One is gummed at the top and the other at the bottom.

Step 7
I cut my crystal fabric mesh in two different sizes. One has three lines of the design and the other has two lines of the design. The one with two lines is gummed on the black embossed paper at the top using adhesive gum and the one with three lines is gummed on the black embossed paper below using adhesive gum.

Step 8
I measure the bottom of my box on black embossed paper. I cut it out and gummed it at the bottom of the box using evostik gum.

Step 9
At this stage of my construction, I constructed the cover of the jewellery box. I measured the top of the box on red embossed paper. I cut it out and duplicated it. I also cut a cardboard of the same size and gummed the red embossed paper on both sides of the cardboard. I cut another cardboard a little smaller than the first one and gummed it on the bigger cirçle. I again cover it with red embossed paper. I closed the edges with embossed paper and a line of crystal fabric mesh. Finally, I folded a black embossed paper, gummed it on top of the cover with adhesive gum and also gummed crystal fabric mesh around it and on top which serves as the handle of the cover.

✅ How did you get the idea of ​​making paper craft?
I first got the idea of creating papercraft from Jemima. She is a friend and the chairperson of the decoration committee of my church. I do meet her on a personal basis to learn certain things in paper craft. I also have additional knowledge of social media.

✅ Briefly tell us how you felt while making the papercraft
I felt very happy and fulfilled while making this papercraft. When I started, I thought it would not be beautiful but as I continued with the construction it amazed me to have come out with this beautiful piece. I never had the complete picture of what I constructed but while I was on with the construction, ideas dropped in my mind and I was able to produce this beautiful Jewelry box.
