INTRODUCTION
Hello friends, how are you doing, i hope you are doing fine. This is a very nice and interesting contest in @steem4bangladesh community and i sm very happy to be a part of it.
The theme is Food for mood, and i will be sharing the food i always eat to improve my mood with you guys.
WHAT INSTANT FOOD DO YOU MAKE TO HAVE POSITIVE EFFECTS ON YOUR MOOD?
When i am moody or when I don't feel like eating something heavy, i always like making myself a Palm-oil jelof rice which is very easy and very simple to make.

I always enjoy eating it a lot, in short it is one of my favorites food and anytime i eat it i always feel lifely and if i was sad my mood will definitely change and i won't be sad anymore.
Though i have other instant food i can make to have a positive effects on my mood, but i just love palm-oil rice the most that's why i always go for it when i want to prepare myself something fast to eat.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR MAKING IT?
Below are the steps in which you can follow and know how to prepare/cook a palm oil jelof rice:
Steep one
- The first thing to do is to parboil the rice then you filter put the water and keep the rice separate.
Step two
- You put your a dry pot on fire and pour in your palm oil and then you put in all the ingredients you want to put( onions, pepper, seasoning cubes, salt) stir and fry it for three to five minutes.
Step three
- Then add your crayfish, fish, stockfish, and meat(optional), then you pour in your broth(water used in cooking meat) after that you put the amount of water you want to put.
"Step four"
- Then you now add your rice and allow it to cooked and till it almost dry, then you add your vegetable leaf.

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU NEED THIS FOOD RIGHT AWAY BUT DON'T HAVE THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE IT?
. If i feel like eating palm oil rice and I don't have the ingredients to prepare it, instead of staying hungry i will go for fast food, food like noodles, meatpie, burger or bread with tea etc.
But i will prepare my palm oil rice later after i have something to hold my stomach for that moment.
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THIS FOOD TO OTHERS TO IMPROVE THEIR MOOD?
Yes, i can definitely recommend this food to other people to improve their mood, because it always improve my mood when eating.
It is a very sweet and delicious food, you can follow the steps above when you want to prepare it yourself.
