Application for Community Curators for October, 2023.

I'm Shaikh Enamul Islam & I'm from Bangladesh. My Steemit id is @enamul17. Today I am applying for the Community Curator for October, 2023. This is an important responsibility which I am ready to take up again and I am very interested to work in a team of 4 to 5 people. Below I am sharing my individual post like other users.

A brief summary of your history on Steem

I joined this platform on 18th November 2021. I have been working on this platform for almost a year and ten months . Here is my introductory post. I have been following all the rules of this platform since my joining. I have always followed the Steemit team and participated in all their initiative projects like Engagement Challenge & burnsteem25 project. I have gained a lot of experience in this short journey and prepared myself for any responsibilities.

I am currently engaged as a moderator of two active communities one of which is my native community Steem For Bangladesh & another is Steem For Pakistan community and I have been fulfilling my duties in both places with honesty and devotion. Also I am very interested in increasing my Steem Power which I have been posting repeatedly and I have been in club100 for the past 8 months and have been using 100% power to increase my SP rapidly.

But recently I am moving from club100 to club75 due to my money needs. I am thankful to Steemit team for creating such a platform. This platform has given me an opportunity to earn money and use it as per my need. I have big dreams around the steemit platform and I have confidence in myself that I am ready to take up the responsibility and fulfill it and also I want to enhance my experience and give something good to the platform by working with all my esteemed users.

Details of any positions of responsibility you have held on Steem.

Since joining Steemit, I have had to straggle a lot in the beginning to get an idea about this platform. However, my keen interest in this platform has helped me to get an idea of everything. I slowly learn everything in my own efforts. Then I maintained my activity in different communities and I got the opportunity to serve as the first moderator for my good activity in the Steemit Culture Community, but due to the decline in the activism of this community, it was closed for some time and later renamed and is currently active as the Community Steem For Pakistan Community. And here I am currently in charge of being moderator.

Later I got the opportunity to work as a moderator in our native community Steem For Bangladesh community. And also got the opportunity to work with two senior and successful steemains from Bangladesh. I gain a lot of knowledge from them and make my journey on Steemit more smooth. However, I gained a lot of knowledge while serving in both communities. Both communities participated in the Steemit Engagement Challenge and I performed my duties as a moderator there spontaneously and responsibly.

For the first time I have served as a Community Curator on the Steemit platform which is the biggest achievement for me so far and I am really enjoying it. I have been selected as the Community Curator for the month of September and am on Team 3 where I am curating by the steemcurator06 account.

Details of specialist or professional skills or expertise you have in ‘real life’.

I am an Environmental Engineer and I have acquired knowledge on this subject for 4 years and I have field experience for 6 months in Govt Training Center Directorate of Education Engineers. Where I gained practical knowledge on industrial effluents, polluted air, building construction & planning and several other subjects.

Alhamdulillah I recently got a job in ETP plant i.e. where waste water is treated. It is mandatory to have ETP plant in every garment or industrial factory. After using the water, when it becomes polluted, the water is treated in the ETP plant through a long-term processor and is discharged into the drain or river to make it environmentally friendly.

Also I have a good knowledge of agriculture as I have been helping my father in farming since childhood. Also chose teaching as my hobby and have been doing it for 8 years. I worked as a junior teacher in an institution for three years. Due to the stress of my studies I left there. And currently I am away from it for my new job and I am planning for my higher education along with the job.

What country you live in and what languages you can read fluently.

I am a citizen of Bangladesh and I can speak Bengali very easily. Also my second language is English and I am fluent in this language. And I can understand any language using google translate so I can manage it easily.

Any subjects you particularly enjoy curating.

I love to curate on all kinds of topics, so I am ready to take on whatever topic is given to me. But I especially enjoy article about art, craft, travel, food, creative things, lifestyle, diary game related posts. I find something special in such posts. Apart from this I like to curate contests and engagement challenge posts.

As I am a moderator, I have to check posts regularly for reviews, quality of posts and whether any manipulation is being used. And for that I use the following tools to verify each post.
