Ego is the root of the fall

"I'm the best" will reveal my confidence when I think about improving my work. But when I say it to express my pride and put others down, it comes across as arrogance.

some common characteristics of egoists:

• They never show respect for others' opinion
• They are unable to commit to anything that doesn't serve their interests
• They always exaggerated the view of their abilities
• They never bother about personal accountability
• They never feel empathize

There are three different types of egoism:

1. Psychological egoism
2. Ethical egoism
3. Rational egoism

No one is perfect except our creator. So he who thinks himself perfect is in a big mistake from the beginning. And that which starts from wrong never brings anything good. But many of us can do many things better than others. That doesn't mean no one can do it better than me. Just as there is no end to human talent, there is no end to their perfection. Therefore, I will not brag to others just because I am good at something, nor will I argue unnecessarily. We should respect our own work and opinions as well as that of others.

We all come to work on this platform. Everyone is working in a friendly environment. But sometimes we meet some people who cannot accept their mistakes. Similarly, there are some people who do not want to help others. I have faced such a situation here.

I felt that since I was new, they didn't think of me as part of their team. Maybe their egos worked at this point. But many things have become easier with time. A very good bond has been formed with many. Most of the members of this platform are very helpful. Without their help, it would be difficult for me to continue.

In our society, most of the family and social problems are created because of this ego. We always love to look superior. Even though I have faults, I get busy proving myself right. This ego is the biggest problem; we have to prioritize the opinion of others. We can get out of this problem only by taking care of some simple things. For example:

Learn to say sorry. In my opinion, not being able to say the word "sorry" is the root of all problems.

Along with your own opinion, the opinion of others should also be given importance.

I have to get out of this egoistic feeling that I am the best at everything.

If someone catches my mistake, instead of getting angry, I should learn to correct myself by accepting my mistake.

Finally, we must give importance to our own opinion and work, but at the same time, we must remember that there may be more beautiful and correct opinions than my opinion and work. And if it is better than me, then I have to have the mindset to accept it. Only then can we come out of this ego problem.
