Name 3 major ways your country earns foreign exchange. Briefly explain how each method works.

There are many ways to earn money at the country level through foreign exchange. Every country earns foreign exchange with other countries to strengthen its economy, so that the country can be strengthened not only economically but internally and externally. My country Pakistan also earns foreign exchange in the following ways:

Exports:
There are many items and products produced in Pakistan which are of very high quality which are also exported abroad like rice, leather goods, sports items, cotton, etc. All these items are exported to foreign countries to earn foreign exchange reserves.

Agricultural activities:
Pakistan is an agricultural country because most of the people living in it are engaged in agriculture. There are many such fields such as rice, oranges , wheat, where things are grown which are exported to other countries to earn money.

Tourism:
Nature has given Pakistan many places and landscapes that attract local and foreign tourists. The northern areas of Pakistan attract foreigners, they come here and because of this, Pakistan earns a large amount of foreign exchange.

Which sector contributes the most to your country's foreign exchange earnings? Why?

Exports from Pakistan to other countries contribute the most important share and role in foreign exchange reserves. Sports equipment made in Pakistan like footballs, bats, furniture are exported to other countries in quantity which strengthens Pakistan economically. We exports high-quality basmati rice to the international market, which is in high demand internationally.

Leather products made in my country like shoes, bags, clothes and jackets etc. are being exported to foreign countries to earn huge amount of foreign exchange.Our country is also suffering from many economic problems at the moment, but there is a need to strengthen our country politically, due to which it can be strengthened economically.

Does your country's foreign reserves depend on this particular sector or are there many other sectors as alternatives?

The foreign exchange reserves of my country Pakistan depend on different sector all these sectors together contribute to the strengthening of my Pakistan.

Foreign exchange reserves from tourism, exports and agricultural sector are very important . Pakistan's foreign exchange also depends on the money received from foreign countries and the monetary fund. Pakistan's foreign exchange reserves are mostly dependent on exports and agriculture sector But in Pakistan, if the government promotes tourism, more foreign exchange can be earned.

What kind of problems do you think your country will face If this sector somehow collapses?

God willing, if this sector of Pakistan falls down due to any reason, it will have a huge impact on the economy as described below:

In today's era, the economy of Pakistan is going through a critical period. If this sector falls victim to downfall, it will significantly increase the fears of bankruptcy of Pakistan. Due to which Pakistan's relations with other countries will end and no country will be willing to invest in Pakistan.

Unemployment in Pakistan can also arise due to this reason if we do not pay attention to all this ,Due to which many youths and people will lose their jobs and those people will become victims of poverty.

When a country is suffering from a lot of problems, they shy away from investing with it in other countries. if pakistan also falls into difficulties, then they will not make investments of other countries.
