"à vs zz"
Sadness, what a beautiful word and how much strength is released in that double 'z', almost shivering. Yet these two feelings have an equal intrinsic value, and accompany us in our adventures that we encounter on our journey.
Both have a big flaw, they are contagious. For this reason, we need to give them the right value in our lives, trying to find a balance that allows us to benefit from their intrinsic values for both sensations. The phrase "exudes joy from every pore" is an expression used in our country Italy, how much energy it emanates.
On the other hand, "it is pervaded by sadness," how much anguish it contains. So dear friends, a piece of advice to better manage these beautiful sensations that belong to us from birth.
Let's experience them with all their intrinsic value, savoring every aspect of them to fully live the moment when they come to us. Once experienced to the fullest, they will return to us the well-being we were seeking at that time, restoring our inner balance.
But don't worry, it will be temporary because we will still need them.

Experiencing these feeling to the fullest might not always be easy especially if it comes to sadness but it will bring us closer to our inner self and learn us how to deal with it in a positive way by being creative for example.

I tried to write a concept that was perhaps too ambitious, and perhaps it could have been written better. You can play with your feelings but you need to have several hours spent in life experiences. Only experience leads us to know each other better. Mine was intended as advice on how to live with the saddest moments because they are part of life.
