"Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem"
This is @imrulzayed, from #Bangladesh.
I always enjoy sampling delectable, well-known cuisine from other places. In addition, I'm at ease showing everyone the photos of those delectable meals.Today, I'm writing about a well-known and customary meal from Jamalpur, the district where I was raised. The dish is called Para Sandesh and it is sweet. Actually, everyone in Jamalpur's Sarishabari Upazila makes sure to try this para-sansh. The region is proud of Para Sandesh. Since the era of their dads and grandfathers, the majority of the sweet traders in Sarishabari Upazila have been crafting para sandesh.
Bengali cuisine has always placed a high value on sweets and related meals. Bengalis have an enduring tradition of sharing sweets with their neighbors and relatives on auspicious occasions such as birthdays and marriages. Among the multitude of confections, Para Sandesh from Sarishabari Upazila in Jamalpur has carved out a unique spot for himself. It is becoming a popular dessert among many Bangladeshi expatriates in Europe.
This dessert tastes a little different from other desserts because it is made with a combination of sugar and pure cow's milk thick milk. It is very easy to carry far and wide because it is dry. Because of this, there is a greater demand for these sweets than for juicy ones. The names of the Para Sandesh manufactured in Kalachand Sweet Shop, Madhu Sweet Shop, Vardhan Sweet Shop, and Sangeeta Sweet Shop are more well-known even though the upazila has a lot of sweet shops. Their tastes are completely different from one other.
It is hard to find someone who has visited Sarishabari who hasn't tasted Para, according to Upazila sweet vendors. It is this area's pride. Since the time of their fathers and grandfathers, they have been successful. On several Hindu holidays, a type of dessert called milk curd and sugarcane juice is made.
After that, it progressively changes into Sweets, or Para Sandesh. Although it requires a lot of work to prepare, the great demand for it has led to its availability in every upazila's confectionery. Fans of it bring it with official orders. This "Para Sandesh" is currently traveling to other nations, including Italy and the UK.
