Actually, I am very beginner in this art of 3D painting.
So my other steemit friends have presented their 3D paintings very realistic and beautiful, so this is an excit competition for me.

So, today I am sharing my skills of 3D drawing with you and I hope you will like it too. I draw a 3D hole.

Let's start..

MATERIALS..

• white papper
• pencil
• Eraser
• Ruler
• Black pen

STEP 01

• First I drew a square on the drawing paper using a ruler and a pencil. All the sides of this square are equal and a straight line is drawn from one corner of the square to its opposite corner.

STEP 02

Then, draw narrow lines inside the 2D square as shown below.

Draw forward in this way until you reach the bottom-left side of the 2D square.

Then trace narrow lines using black color pen
After tracing, we proceed to paint.

Now we have almost drawn the 3D hole. Now, draw the shadow with the pencil.

STEP 03

I then started drawing 3D letters.
To make the letters look 3D you need to shade them.

To cast a shadow on a letter, the letter must be solid. So, you can start by drawing a short word using bold letters.

Our goal here is to make these fonts look real. To do that, use a pencil to lightly draw some diagonal, parallel lines on the letter.
To make these letters 3D, assume a light source is coming from the top left corner of the page.

Accordingly, start at the bottom left corner of your first letter. Then draw line segments as shown below.
Once you're done with the pencil drawing, your letters should look three-dimensional, even if they're not finished yet.

At this point, you can start filling in the shadows with the color of your choice.

I decided to fill in the shadows with black and continue filling in your shadows until everything is done.
