Mention your favorite admin and moderator and why?
Talking about my favorites Admin and moderator that should be @ngoenyi, the reason Mentioned her here is because of her amazing and astounding contest she usually organized such as contest that helps us keep our environment clean and healthy and fitness contest as well, this as a whole plays a very vital and important role in our health and wellness.
Second person here is @bonaventure24 which I also calls mentor and guidance because if not for him I wouldn't have been in this platform today his encouragement and advise keeps me going even at the tough times and good times at least with his presence and save as well as hoping and expecting more advice and corrections from him.
Who did you get the most help from in terms of working on the platform?
Ever since I joined this platform I have gotten help from different aspects and people but most of them comes from my mentor known as @bonaventure24 who has been my back bone right from my day one in platform.
Did you run into trouble or make mistakes and what guidance did he give you?
Of course yes, many times without number I have run into trouble or even make mistakes but with the help of my mentor I never finds things much more difficult as it supposed to be, as a newbies in this platform you are likely to make several mistake which might even discourage efforts and goals you planned in achieving.
Can we increase engagement within the platform by increasing familiarity?
Familiarity can be defined as the degree to which members of a team or community identify and recognize themselves to be familiar based on the experience with work they had in the past. that is to say familiarity with members in this platform can make them to work on independent tasks as well as efficiently communicate and coordinate with each other which will help the community to grow faster.
