Five types of foods that are included in the diet are vitamin, minerals, protein, carbohydrate, fat, non-vegetarian foods, fruits, vegetables, pulses, fish, meat, milk, eggs and grain foods. Food is essential for the balance of the body and essential nutrients such foods and such basic foods must be included in the daily diet.


We eat a variety of foods every day to live healthy. Therefore, in addition to carbohydrate, protein and vitamin foods in the daily diet, eating more fiber foods is very important and contains enough calories, proteins, sand minerals. This will keep the body healthy and boost the body's immune system.
So today I'm summarizing all the foods I've been eating all day

Steem For Bangladesh Contest : Food Diary Game.


Morning


At the beginning of the morning there was potato Tiki Burger, the burger I made with potato, peas, onion,green chilli and I added a little Cornflower as a starch. Then it shallow fry and add cheese, mayonnaise, made from egg and milk to make the food more delicious, add tomato sauce and finally make a Potato tiki burger.

Breakfast was Roti made of flour, mix vegetables (potato,carrot,papaya,cauliflowr), and bananas and milk. Try eating a banana every day.Bananas are rich in vitamins B complex and minerals, which make up for nutritional deficiencies in the body's needs as well as increase hemoglobin levels, high in fiber-rich foods that relieve constipation in the body.

And milk is a source of calcium that increases bone structure, bone function and bone density, and strengthens bones that give our body energy.


Drink a cup of tea after breakfast, peace of mind, and energy to work throughout the day, so drinking a cup of tea in the morning keeps me energized throughout the day, so I drank without sugar milk tea.
It is better to eat some light fruits before lunch especially before shower so I ate one of my favorite fruits guava and it is rich in vitamin C which boosts the body's immune system.

lunch time


At noon I usually had white rice, pulses, vegetables and fish today. I cooked as a vegetable today with magur fish with cauliflower, potato, tomato curry and eggplant fries, thinly cooked lentils with tomatoes and Roe fish curry.

At lunch I had carbohydrates, fish protein, cereals as pulses and vegetables as cauliflower, eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes and brocolli which are foods rich in carbohydrates, protein and fiber.

Snacks time


Sweet pumpkin plants have many flowers blooming in my garden and this sweet pumpkin flower is very tasty to eat.So sweet pumpkin flower bara/pakora, as well as I made cauliflower pakoras. .This crispy snake for afternoon snack was very tasty and full of nutrients.

Then the favorite of my daily drinks was sugar free ginger tea. I drink it for cold, headache and peace of mind. This sugar free tea is to me it seems like one of the most soothing drinks to me.I drink this popular ginger tea at least once a day.

Night time


At night, I boiled Dudhpuli pitha, which was boiled in rice powder and filled it with milk kheerasa, then cooked it with just milk and sugar. Rice powder and milk as carbohydrates, sugar.So I didn't eat rice or bread at night anymore. The vegetables were fresh salad, boil peas and a banana as well.

All day today I ate many types of food which were homemade food. And all these foods were full of nutrients. Carbohydrates, proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals are essential elements for the body.
