I am here to show you my favourite food by participating in Food for Mood Season 3. I am very thankful to @ripon0630 sir, who invited me to this contest and Steam4Bangladesh. I will start now.
I'll present the dish I made to you.I can simply make this meal with the ingredients I already have in my kitchen. When I'm in a bad mood
✅ What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?
I have limited time to ensure optimal cooking of this dish. Everyone in my house loves the pressure. This pressure dish is a trendy traditional dish, especially in villages. How I cooked it is very well presented below.
✅ What is the process for making it?

2nd Step
I started by getting a clean bowl, then I added all the items I had taken for cooking to the bowl and combined everything with water that had been measured.
3rd Step
Remix the mixed ingredients with two eggs and mix well. Eggs contain a good amount of water, protein and fat, which benefit our health and everyone.
4th Step
Then again, with a bit of water, I knead all the ingredients, including eggs, by hand so that the pressure is suitable for cooking.
5th Step
Now, I took a clean frypan for cooking the chapri, then heated the frypan on low flame and applied 7/8 soybean oil in the frypan so that the chapri did not stick to the frypan while cooking.
6th Step
After that, I took a big clean spoon and put the mixed ingredients nicely in the frypan.
7th Step
After 1 to 1.5 minutes, heat the chapri well, flip the upper part with a spoon and put it down.
8th Step
Then, serve the cooked chapati on a clean plate with the above tomato sauce.
✅ What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?
When I don't have all the ingredients, I can quickly cook chapri with ingredients other than eggs and oil (flour, onion, raw/dried chillies, salt, garlic and water).
✅ Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?
Of course, I will encourage everyone to try this dish because it is healthy. It does not harm the body.
