Today, I woke up at 5.00 am and prayed Fajr. Then, I read newspapers online on my mobile. At 8.00 am, I showered and prepared to go to the office. Reached office as usual at 9.00 am. After reaching the office, I have breakfast. Then I start my work. It is winter in our country. Working in our office is more convenient in winter. Our company manufactures rods. During the production of rods by melting iron, there are high temperatures in the production unit. Winter heat is less because of the temperature in winter.

Time to go to office

Today, after going to work, I suddenly felt weak, so I left the office and went to a medicine pharmacy to measure my blood pressure. My blood pressure is 100/70. That is, my body is weak due to the decrease in blood pressure. On the doctor's advice, I bought some multivitamin medicine and took a rest at home. Then, I went home and rested until noon. In the afternoon, I went back to the office as my health improved. I went to the office and started my electrical work.

The product of our company is to produce rods. Billets are created by melting iron to make rods. Billet Rods are produced through various processes. Water is especially needed to produce more rods. Water is very important to get the grade of the rod. Every employee of our company works in extreme heat.

In the afternoon, I left the office and went to a tea shop to have a cup of tea. I like to drink tea in the cold in winter. I also bought some fruits today, as my body is weak. I have to do a lot of work in the office heat, so I always try to be active at work. I wouldn't say I like skipping work.

Then I left for home from the office in the evening. I came home and rested for some time. Then I had dinner. I started writing my first post of the day on the Steemit platform. I participated in a photography contest for about an hour. I love participating in photography contests. I have many pictures on my mobile. I like to take pictures when I see beautiful scenery. My photography habit has been through the Steemit platform. Then I ate and slept at 11.00 p.m.
