Travel blog (07-12-2024) : Second day spent at Cox's Bazar, a famous tourist spot in Bangladesh

Basically it was a huge sandy beach with lots of sand around. To tell the truth, I also liked this beach so much that I spent a lot of time there and enjoyed myself by seeing the people enjoying themselves. Because here the tourists are happily bathing in the sea. Although I did not bathe in the sea because of the cold, I continued to enjoy the atmosphere after that. But the funny thing is that while walking on the beach I see a sea fish that got stuck on the sea shore by the waves.

After visiting the beach we went to a place called Mini Bandarban which was located a bit away from the beach and is a hilly area. After seeing the amazing beauty of the sea, we started there by auto rickshaw to enjoy the amazing beauty of the mountains and in no time we reached our destination. Going there we saw a tall steep hill which was being climbed by tourists from different places. I myself was mesmerized by the magnificent beauty of this mountain and enjoyed the beauty of the mountain by climbing it like other tourists.

Since Cox's Bazar is a beautiful place surrounded by hills, we spend some time there at a place called Mini Bandarban and enjoy the beautiful beauty of the hills there. The view from the top of the high mountain was several kilometers away, but we could not see the beach due to the height of the mountain as there was another big mountain on the side of the sea where we were staying. But we spent more than an hour at that place.

At noon we mini bandarban then from this area to another hill called Himchari by auto rickshaw and within a while we reach our destination and then we get down from the auto rickshaw and prepare to climb Himchari hill. Basically, Himchhari Hill is one of the tourist spots in Cox's Bazar, from where one can stand and enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the sea together.

Then we slowly start climbing up the hill and we see that the stairs that are here rise steeply to the top of the hill. When we reach the top of Himchari hill it is noon time so after reaching the top of the hill we have a light lunch from a shop there. We wanted to walk around all day to go home and eat our full meal. After eating Kerala I needed some rest for which I wanted to have a light lunch and go home for a full meal.

However, after reaching the top of Himchari Hill, we continue to see the amazing beauty of the sea from there and we wander around the different parts of the hill.

While climbing the hill we take photography from different places of the hill and then slowly try to reach the higher peak of Pawar because after reaching the highest peak in the hill we can enjoy the beautiful beauty of the beach well. As this was our last walk for the day, we decided to stay longer at that spot as we slowly climbed up the hill. Due to the steepness of the hill we are somewhat hindered in reaching the top but we eventually reach the high peak of the hill.

Although we had a light lunch but still it took a lot of effort to climb up the hill so after reaching the top of the hill we rested for a while and decided to hang out here for most of at noon. Because after reaching the top of the mountain, we could enjoy the surrounding beauty together. Moreover, the beach was well visible from the high point of the hill, which I found fascinating.

As this was our last destination for the day, we spent more than two hours there and then as the sun dipped in the western sky, the view across the sea seemed even more enjoyable so we headed down the hill in an auto rickshaw to our hotel. And so we spend our second day like that.
