Dear steemit friends how are you all. I hope everyone is doing well.
Today I want to share with you again the moments of my overnight stay. Hope everyone likes it. The day was Thursday 07-11-2024.
I had night duty. First I entered our meeting. After that I explained from the supervisor of the day how to run the mill all night. After that, I finished the tea chat with one of our office colleagues.

Then I came to the top of the furnace to see the production status. I saw that the mill was going well. Our main target is production. Everything is fine if the production is fine. After that I talked to the foreman of Batti whether everything is fine or not. Because I have to see if there is any problem.

Steel mills generally produce a lot of smoke. We mainly use blowers to remove this smoke. This blower pulls the smoke and turns it into ink. This ink is again sold in the market at a high price. This ink is mainly exported to China. That is why it can be sold at a very good price.

Then the materials that we melt in the crucible are again taken to the CCM in ladles. It is then billeted and converted into rods. I take care of all these. Caring for them is a lot of work.

When these billets come out, they are cut to size. There are people to measure that too. They also do these things. I basically give directions. They work very hard. There are many dangers in this work.

Then when the ladle is finished, it has to be poured again. Because when the goods are finished, some garbage remains below. Once they are unloaded, they are ready to be picked up again. There are many risks in this work as well. And a lot of heat has to be endured.
