✅ What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?
Eating has a significant effect on your mood. There are chemicals in some meals that affect brain chemistry and, in turn, mood. Certain foods can make you feel depressed, but other foods can boost your energy, improve concentration, or lessen mild depression.
For me, eating noodles lifts my spirits. Not only is it easy to find, but cooking it takes minimal time.
✅ What is the process for making it? (share the steps )
Step 1: For this easy recipe, start by parboiling the noodles. Once you're done, remove any remaining water and store it. When you overcook them, they turn mushy.
- Warm up some oil in a pan. Heat some oil and sauté onions and garlic. If you want to add even more flavour, finely chop some green chillies. Simmering peppers in vinegar is an additional choice. Saute for two or three minutes.
Step 3: Include the potato, Ajinomoto, carrots, cabbage, salt, pepper, and pepper powder. Stir-fry the ingredients for a very long time.
Step 4: At this stage, add the cooked noodles and cracked eggs to the pan. Mix thoroughly and briefly warm. If you like your flavours smokey, toss the vegetable combination while cooking on high heat. Anyone can top noodles with chicken or shrimp if they like.
Step 5: Give it a couple of minutes to cook. After cooking, transfer the noodles to a bowl and proceed with serving.
Step 6: Before serving, scatter some coriander leaves over the noodles. It decorates the food wonderfully and intensifies its flavour. You can serve it with your chosen sauce on the side.
✅ What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?
When I have an immediate need for this dish but don't have the ingredients, I head to the store next to my building, buy what I need, and then head home to prepare it. I look for supplements to manufacture or buy from other sources when I'm feeling under the weather.
✅ Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?
If someone wanted to lift their spirits, I would suggest this food to them. so eating it is not only enjoyable but also healthful. Additionally, this dish is affordable for anyone.
