Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well, I am also well and I am very happy to participate in this beautiful competition today. Although I have appeared among you with a small recipe, I would like to thank every admin and moderator of this community who organizes various competitions every week in this community. Maybe many of us cannot participate due to lack of time, but today I participated in this competition with a very small recipe like mine and I thank @ripon0630 Sir a lot for organizing this competition through which we can share our own experience with everyone through this community. Let's get started.

We prepare various types of instant food to have a positive effect on our mood and eat various types of food according to the needs of our family and prepare it immediately, but I think that some food can be eaten immediately according to our needs, the quality of the food should be good, which will increase the quality of nutrition from our physical side, we should have physical immunity. I think there are various types of vegetables around us and we can prepare and eat them to have a positive effect on our mood and we can gift them to our family immediately. The food that I have presented to you is a nutritious food that we all know and this food has many nutritional properties from our physical side which keeps our mood very good.

All I need to make this dish is some parts of the raw vegetables and the necessary spices
- Step 1
First, I cut the raw vegetables nicely, then I cleaned them well so that there is no dirt
- Step 2
Now I put the cleaned raw vegetables in a pan, then I boiled them and drained the water and put them in a pot
- Step 3
I washed the gills of the fish head nicely, put them in a pot, and grated them well with chili, salt, turmeric powder and the required spices
- Step 4
I poured the raw vegetables to be boiled into the grated fish gills and mixed them well, then I covered them with a lid
- Step 5
Now I opened the lid, stirred them, and covered them again with a lid, then I fried them very well, and all the water was drained I took the heat and fried it
- Step 6
When the raw vegetables were done frying, I tested myself, then I poured them into the bowl and my recipe was finished. Then I took a picture.

After all my DC skills, I took a picture of myself holding a bowl of vegetable fry. Anyway, I finished my recipe step by step.
✅ What do you do when you need this dish but don't have the ingredients to make it? |

The food that I have presented to you does not require any ingredients that we can easily find at hand. If we have different types of vegetables at hand, we can immediately present them to the family. However, raw vegetables are not always available in different places. In that case, we prepare different dishes. However, if we want to prepare a dish for the family immediately, I serve noodles because it is very easy and always at hand and takes less time. However, if you have a lot of vegetables at hand, you can present it to your family in less time.

Of course I will recommend my PCB food to improve the mood of others because the quality of this food is good. This food contains various types of vitamins and nutrients that everyone needs, especially young boys and girls. When they need more nutrition, green vegetables play an important role and we can easily get them around our home yard. Moreover, currently there is no alternative to green vegetables. It is available everywhere and green vegetables are cultivated. There are various farmers who cultivate green vegetables and run their families from this source of income. So I can easily say that green vegetables are one of the nutritional sources of our food. How many different dishes can you present? Relatives and relatives can actually serve the family at home very easily in a short time.

Finally, I can say that there are various ingredients around us that we can easily cook and present to the family and some foods are rich in nutrients that make our physical and mental aspects healthy. I am so happy to share my very small recipe in this competition. However, if I have any mistakes in this competition or if there is any mistake in the recipe, I will be sorry. If there are mistakes, then everyone will definitely see them with forgiveness, so everyone will be well and healthy, this is the hope of Allah Hafez.
