Fish curry with cauliflower and potato / 21.8.2024

It was quite late to wake up in the morning today, 5:15 am. Get up quickly to do the necessary work. It has been raining for several days today. Sometimes mild sometimes more. It goes without saying that sunlight does not come into the house It's a cloudy day. So brushing up and wondering what to cook today, hmmm it's a daily concern of housewives!

Then I see that my husband has puttycup fish out of the fridge, and that needs to be cooked. So I started cooking.

Puttycup fish broth with potatoes and cauliflower.

Necessary ingredients

• 1. Potato
• 2.cauliflower
• 3.onions
• 4.chillies
• 5.White oil
• 6.turmeric powder
• 7.chili powder
• 8.Coriander powder
• 9.Cumin powder
• 10.salt

STEP1

Then I washed the fish well and put them in a bowl and seasoned them with salt and turmeric to give them a nice color while cooking.

After leaving the fish for some time, I washed three potatoes and a small cauliflower for the curry and put them in a bowl. Then I chopped onions and chillies to cook the curry.

Then I sauteed the onions and peppers and added some more spices

Then heat the pan , put a chopped onion in the hot oil, add the spices and the chopped curry along with it.
Then add enough water and add the fish to the curry after four to five minutes and make a medium broth
