Today I will share with you a new recipe that I have cooked. The recipe is called Hilsa Polao. This is a delicious recipe. I learned to cook it by watching YouTube.
Here are the things we need to cook Hilsa Polao:

Step: 1
There is no hilsa that has been cut and washed first. Do not add sour curd, spices, ginger-garlic paste, onion paste, chili powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder etc. to the fish.
Step: 2
Mix the spices together and marinate the fish well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step: 3
Keep the stove on medium heat and fry the onions in a pan with chopped onions and soybean oil.
Step: 4
Add the marinated fish to the fried onions. The fish is not picked up after 5 minutes.
Step 5:
Then do not separate the fish from the masala.
Step: 6
Do not fry the onion slices.
Step 7:
Fry the onion in another pan and add garam masala ghee to the onion. Then add the washed polar rice.
Step: 8
The rice should be fried well in oil and then the yolk should be added with hot water. The water should be double the amount of rice. Add the spices separated from the fish. Then call out.
Step: 9
After 10 minutes, I opened the door and saw that the rice had boiled. Then spoon the boiled rice balls. Then put the fish on top of the onion. Reduce the heat to low and steam for a while. Then do not remove from the oven. My Hilsa Polao is ready.
I serve my cooked hilsa polao recipe. Everyone in my family ate it and appreciated it. It is very fragrant and delicious.
