At the beginning my greetings and congratulations to all of my steemit friends. The word chocolate is known worldwide. Young and old all are familiar with the name chocolate. The main ingredient of chocolate is cocoa seed. Generally chocolate is a popular sweet food.

There are different types of chocolate:
Such as candy, chocolate bars, drinks, etc. Chocolate is both bitter and sweet. especially, chocolate is divided into three parts such as dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate. Dark chocolate uses solid cocoa which is why its taste is bitter. Milk chocolate uses a milk base and condensed milk to make it a creamy and sweet treat. White chocolate is made with butter milk and sugar solid cocoa is used here.

Chocolate also has many health benefits. Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants Which is very beneficial for the body.. Dak chocolate helps in better sleep.

There are too many special days in our daily life, like Birthday, Marriage Day, Star Sunday, Christmas Day, Valentine's Day etc. Chocolates are gifted to loved ones on this special day. Chocolates are given as gifts to children especially on birthdays. A child likes chocolate more than any other gift on his birthday.

Nowadays, the use of chocolate in cooking is increasing. Chocolate is used in fine cooking such as chocolate cakes, pastries, desserts, etc. The use of chocolate in cooking increases the food demand of children.

Nowadays chocolate is not only known as a sweet food. It is a symbol of happiness. Chocolate can bring joy to people of all ages. Especially children are fans of chocolate. A gift of chocolate brings a lot of happiness to a person. So I think the role of chocolate in modern times is undeniable.
