" Creating an Electrical Series Board."

Hope everyone is well, by the grace of Allah I am also well, today we are going to participate in a great Creating an Electrical Series Board engagement organized by Mr. @mahadisalim sir as a teacher. I hope you will like it. Let's start.

✅Make a series board and share the technique of making it in at least five steps with drawings.
How to make a series circuit board, I will discuss below.

I made a series circuit board very easily at home. What you will need to make it:-

Material NameQuantity
🔹Two pin plug1 piece
🔸Holder1 piece
🔹2 pin Socket1 piece
🔸Lamp1 piece
🔹Cable2 meters
And to complete the whole task, I will need:-

🔸Cutting pliers1 piece
🔹PVC tape1 piece
🔸 And tester1 piece

All my tools are ready. Now I will make a series circuit board:-
Step 1:-

I connected a 1 foot cable to a two pin plug.

Step 2:-

I connected red and black cables to a lamp holder.

Step 3:-

In this step, I connected the black wire to one end of the two pin socket. This black wire comes from the lamp holder. And I left the wire on the other end of the two pin socket as a 230 volt current supply.

Step 4:-

I have dressed the random cable well with a PVC tape.

Step 5:-

In the last step, I have finished all the work and checked everything and supplied 230 volt current to the red and black wires. Then I connected the two pin plug with a cable to the two pin socket and finally when I connected the black cable connected to the two pin plug together, the light turned on. So my work is well done.

✅Check with two electrical or electronic device series boards and show results.
You asked to check two electrical devices in the question. I checked two electrical devices. They are:-

01/Limit Switch:- First I held the cable of the series circuit board line at the N.O point of the limit switch. No light came on. Since N.O means normally open. That is, in normal condition there will be no connection at both ends. So the N.O end of the limit switch is closed. Then I come to the N.C point of the limit switch. As soon as I held the cable of the series circuit board line at this point, the light came on. Since it is N.C. So in normal condition it will be connected. So as soon as I held the cable of the series circuit board line, the light came on. That means the limit switch is fine.

02/ Selector Switch:- I checked an electric selector switch. I held the cable of the series circuit board line at the N.O end of the selector switch. At first why the lamp did not light up. Then I turned the selector switch. This time I held the cable of the series circuit board line again and the lamp lit up. So we can say that this is a good selector switch.

✅Check with a short piece of cable in a series board and show the result.

I will first check a black wire with a series circuit board line. I have held two cables of the two-pin plug of the series circuit board at both ends of this black wire. But the lamp of the series circuit board line is not lighting. Since the lamp is not lighting. So we can say that it is a damaged cable or there is a problem inside this cable.

Then I will check a red wire. I held the cable of the series circuit board line with the red wire and as soon as I held it, the lamp of the series circuit board lit up. So this is a good cable.
