There are many food menus that are my favorite menus, but one of the favorite menus that I want to share is kebabs, this is a typical food that tastes from the Middle East, kebabs contain the main ingredients of beef or goat with additional vegetables or other additional foods, we call them kebabs Turkey and knowing that this kebab comes from Turkey, correct me if I'm wrong.
Now many other regional specialties are being bought and sold and one of them, kebabs, has become a very popular food in the area where I live, namely in Indonesia. Now we can find kebabs anywhere in restaurants or even in roadside gorobaks.

I don't have a recipe, when I first got to know kebabs I bought them when I visited Lhokseumawe city, one of the restaurants on Jalan Darussalam which specifically sells kebabs, after I bought them, they tasted very delicious and made me addicted, the prices they sold were also affordable and affordable. all groups around 15,000/3,3 steem-18,000/3.9 steem depending on the menu we order.
In the past, if you wanted to eat kebabs, it was very difficult to buy them because they were only available in the city and you had to go to the city first, about 30 minutes away. As time went by, kebabs became available, the closer I was, I could find them at roadside cart sellers around Bayu, about 20 minutes away. .
And recently I am very grateful to have found people selling kebabs with carts around our traditional market, namely the Tanah Pasir market, only about five minutes' walk from home. The selling price is also quite cheaper than in the city, around 11,000/2,4 steem - 15,000/3,3 steem with various menus available. .

My favorite menu taste is the vegetable meat kebab, filled with very full meat mixed with vegetables, tomato sauce or chili sauce and also a mixture of mayonnaise which makes every bite of the kebab even more delicious when you eat it.

I recommend that for those who haven't tried it, I suggest you try it immediately because kebabs are really delicious and enjoyable to eat, you can also choose various menus according to your individual tastes.
We can order just meat, meat + vegetables, meat + eggs, meat + sausage or any other additional menu you want or you can mix all the menus called a special kebab.
And what's important is that the meat filling is definitely very satisfying, apart from being full and tasting delicious, the price it sells is very cheap and affordable.
