If you can eat salad in the morning on an empty stomach, it is very beneficial for the body. For example, if you can eat cucumber, tomato, and various types of nuts on an empty stomach, it is very beneficial for the body. I made tomato salad in the morning, which is very beneficial for my body if you eat it on an empty stomach.
Chicken cooked with spicy tomatoes for lunch. Along with hot rice and fried brinjal. I fried potatoes with brinjal, this brinjal is my favorite.
It is important to eat some light, thin fruits. This increases the nutritional content of the body. So I kept guava in the evening.
You should always eat light food at night. So I fried and stuffed brinjal with wheat flour bread. Brinjal stuffed with bread is my favorite food.
Today I ate many types of food all day long, which are my homemade food. I kept all kinds of non-vegetarian and non-vegetarian food..
