Training of the Director (Operations), Sir, on "Problem Solving Skills"@rezaulfdm

Shah Cement Industries Limited is a reputed cement manufacturing company known worldwide. Training and development are regular and continuous activities here. As per the calendar, besides regular training, some important and interesting trainings are conducted as "management development programs." One such program was the training of our Director(Operations) Mr. Hafiz Sikandar Sir.

Every training of sir is very interesting, and everyone is looking forward to joining his training. But we could not take anyone below a senior officer and a senior engineer here. As a result, those who are not considered for this training have higher heart rates.

About a week ago, it was announced that the Director sir, would conduct the training on March 28, 2023. Advance invitations have been sent to participants. Everyone is reminded again the day before the training.

On the appointed day and at the appointed time, everyone sat in their assigned seats in the training room of Shah Cement. A notebook, pencil, and eraser are placed on everyone's desk as training aids.

At the beginning of the training, Hafiz Sikandar Sir talked about the problem and its solution. He explained its necessity. He then took us through some informative activities that were pre-printed on a long sheet of paper to figure out our skill levels scientifically.

We all understand our level. Then Sir taught us how to reach from one level to the next. I learned a lot from this training.

At the end of the training, everyone is given food packets (various fruits) to eat after Iftar. The training was very enjoyable. The Director (Operations, Sir, has confirmed that he will take more training like this. He told Mr. Deabasish K Paul to take a training about "fish bone analysis." Mr. Deabasish Sir confirmed to me that he will conduct it after Eid ul Fitr.

Like this all through the year at our Shah Cement Industries complex, training is going on. We have established a training culture here.
