আমাজন জঙ্গলে কত প্রজাতির প্রাণী আছে তা এখন পর্যন্ত মানুষের অজানা।মানুষ এই জঙ্গলের বিশ ভাগের বেশি অংশের ভিতরে প্রবেশ করতে পারে নি।তাই এই জঙ্গলের রহস্য রহস্যই থেকে যাবে। এরকম রহস্যময় আরো একটি স্থান হচ্ছে বড় বড় মহাসাগর বলো। এই মহাসাগর গুলোর তলদেশে যে কত রকমের প্রাণের বসবাস রয়েছে তা খুঁজে বের করা কখনোই সম্ভব নয়। সমুদ্রের তলদেশে এবং সমুদ্রের তীরে বসবাস করা বেশ কিছু প্রাণী আমরা দেখতে পাই।

এই মধুমাসে প্রচুর আম পাওয়া যায়। তাই ভাবলাম আপনাদের সাথে একটা আমের আচারের রেসিপি শেয়ার করি।আম দিয়ে বিভিন্ন ধরনের আচার বানানো যায়।কিন্তু আমার ছেলের পছন্দ আমসত্ত্ব। টক,মিস্টি আর একটু ঝালের সংমিশ্রণ এ বানানো আমসত্ত্ব।
