Vegetables are very beneficial for our body. Cabbage is one of the nutritious vegetables among many vegetables. We cook potal in different ways. Today I have shared with you the recipe of cooking potal with tilapia fish.

For cooking, first I cut the vegetables and fish and put it aside and put a pan on the stove and put some oil in it.
Heat the oil well and add chopped onion inside it and think for a while.
If the onion is fried for a while, I will add chopped tomatoes inside it.
Put a little water inside the tomato and put all the spices inside it.
I will put the fish inside it.
Drain the fish for a while and take it to another bowl otherwise the fish will break.
Now cut the inside of Fatil and I will give the potals.
Drain the pods well so that the water dries up.
When the water dries up, I will put some more water in it and give the fish to be raised.
When the water dries up, I will take it down to another plate.
At the end of all, I will serve in a bowl.
