Assalamu alaikum my dear steemit friends. Hope you all are well. I am @saifuddinmahmud from Bangladesh. I am writing now what i have done today.

Morning time

I woke up at 7:30 am today. Brushed my teeth and freshened up. I prepared myself to go to my workplace. Then I left the house and went to the office. It took me about 20 minutes to reach the office.

Office time

I reached the office within my specified time. After leaving the office I checked all the electrical items in my possession. I started the closed machines. Tested whether all panels are working properly. I got all the machines fine. Started my production.

Trouble shooting time:

Shortly after the machine started up, when a problem appeared with the machine, I got down to troubleshooting. A motor was showing trouble. The motor was shutting down intermittently. I tried to find out why it was shutting down. I finally found it. It was a switching problem. The motor was shutting down repeatedly due to the jar. I flipped the switch. Then I started the motor. The motor started running. I was able to solve the problem successfully.

Operating Time

There is an operator to operate the machine. But sometimes I have to operate in absence of operator. So I operated the machines today. I operated the machine for about 1 hour. 13 motors are operated with this operating machine. One motor has to be turned on and off one at a time. After 1 hour the operator came. I explained the machine to the operator and moved away from there.

Maintenance Time

Sometimes the machine needs to be kept clean for it to run well, so I cleaned the panels of the machine. I took an NC thinner and some old cloth. I cleaned the panel by mixing the thinner in the cloth and it looks nice. I also washed the inside of the panel with a hand blower. The dust inside is clean. I worked for about 2 hours and returned home after work.
