My precious gift

The precious gift is a football. It was given to me by my uncle in a particular state in Nigeria, we live in different states.

The amount of price for it is NGN1000 which is equivalent to 10 Steem.

Details of my precious gift

This gift of mine makes me happy alot, even if I love basketball more than football, I still cherish this gift, I play with it with my brother as well as our friends.

This gift was given to me early this year in the month of April. I still recall the date, it was on the 18th of April 2022 the Easter Monday I visited my uncle. He offered me the gift and wished me a happy Easter.

My precious gift keeps me happy sometimes when am bored. I will just take it outside and start playing alone with it. Sometimes I will throw it towards a upper net I constructed, trying to make it enter the net like a basketball. I do bounce it also. Football is a very popular game that's why I also love it alot while basketball looks very more cool and exciting than football that's why I love it.

The thing that can make this football no longer become my precious is gift is only a basketball. Once I get a basketball as a gift, it automatically becomes my precious gift.

Conclusion

Gifts are special items given to us by our loved ones. Most times we receive gifts because of special events like birthdays, Christmas, Easter and so many others. We also receive gifts as a reward for our good works.
