A display of flowers has been set up in our market for February 21st//The dairy game 20-02-2025

Assalamu Alaikum. How is everyone? I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe with the blessings of the Creator. Alhamdulillah, thanks to Allah’s mercy and your prayers, I am also doing very well. This afternoon, I went to the market with my elder sister to buy some essential items. Anyway, I am starting my post now.

My elder sister will be going to her in-law's house tomorrow. Therefore, she went to the market to do some shopping for her son. So, I set out with my sister in the evening towards the market. When we arrived at the market, I was completely amazed. Every corner of the market was filled with flowers. Then I realized that tomorrow is February 21. It’s our Bangladesh's Great Language Martyrs' Day. So, the market was filled with various flower shops and shops selling national flags.

My sister and I went to the front of a shop. We picked out some flowers. But the flowers were quite expensive and in high demand. Since I am a photographer, I really enjoy photography and love it. So, I took quite a few beautiful pictures. There were roses, tuberose, daisies, marigolds, and many other kinds of flowers whose names I did not know.

There was a flower seller there. The flower seller looked quite handsome and funny because he was wearing a garland of flowers on his head.

After that, my sister and I went to a shop for daily necessities. We went to an RFL company store. RFL is one of the most famous companies in Bangladesh. Then I went around the entire store looking at what furniture or products were available. Later, I was looking at some toys for my sister’s son. After a little while, we picked out a toy and bought it. The toy was a duck that plays a flute. Then we paid for it and left.

Tomorrow is International Mother Language Day on February 21st in Bangladesh. Every year, this day is celebrated with honor, respect, and love. The Bengali language is our pride. As the Bengali nation, we feel proud of the Bengali language. Tomorrow my elder sister will be leaving, so I am feeling a bit sad about that.
