Food and mood are closely related. Certain meals include substances that influence the way the brain works and, consequently, your mood. While some foods can make you feel bad, others can raise your energy and help you focus or reduce moderate sadness.
In my case, I eat noodles to improve my mood. In addition to being simple to locate, it takes little time to cook.
Step 1:Start by par-boiling the noodles for this simple dish. After finishing, drain the extra water and set it away. They become mushy if you overcook them.
Step 2:Heat oil in a pan. Saute onions and garlic in hot oil, Add some finely chopped green chilies if you want to up the deliciousness. Chilies steeped in vinegar are another option. Saute for two minutes or three.
Step 3:Add the carrots, cabbage, Ajinomoto, potato, salt, pepper, and pepper powder. Cook the items in a long, slow stir-fry.
Step 4: Add the cooked noodles and cracked eggs to the pan at this point. Mix well, then heat for a short while. On a high burner, stir the vegetable mixture if you enjoy smoky flavors. If anyone wants they can add chicken or shrimp to noodles.
Step 5: Let it cook for around two to three minutes. When the noodles are cooked, pour them into a bowl and serve.
Step 6:Spread some coriander leaves over the noodles before serving. It enhances the food's flavor in addition to decorating it beautifully. During serving, you can optionally add your preferred sauce.
when I need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it I go down to the store which is right beside my building purchase the necessary ingredients and then come home and make it. If I don't feel well then I try to find supplements to make or order from outside.
I would recommend this food to others to improve their mood. Because it is not only delicious to eat but also healthy. And because of the low cost, everyone can afford this dish.
