Dear friends, today I am going to join the weekly learning challenge.Today's learning challenge is hosted by respected sir @mahadisalim and this is my first time joining this challenge. SLC22/WK6: Creating an Electrical Series Board. The challenge is a bit complicated, but I will try my best to organize everything nicely here.Since this is my 2nd time joining, I think the chances of getting similar results are very low.
I will start my work right now without further ado, so to that end, I will try to answer each question step by step and solve it neatly.
A. Make a series board and share the technique of making it in at least five steps with drawings.[Note: Practical work is to be shared with your photos.] |

I will create a series board right now and follow its five steps and draw the circuits in the steps where it is possible to draw the circuit.
Here is a list of the materials needed to make a series circuit in a very simple way:

Step number one |

First, you need to purchase some materials, which are listed above.If the squeeze board has holes, then there is no problem, but if not, you will have to make holes according to the specified size.And you need to prepare to use the necessary materials.
I will try to explain this by pointing to a picture, although I don't know how realistic it is:

You need to attach a switch and a two-pin socket to the switch board.The nuts on the switch and socket must be secured into the holes made on the board.Below is its picture.
I have tried to illustrate this in place of drawing a diagram of an electrical circuit, and to see how realistic it is, it is given below.

The socket should be placed on the left side of the switchboard, in the middle of the switch, and the holder on the right side.After installing the switch and socket, first connect a piece of wire from the switch to the socket as shown below.

In this step, you will need to connect the light holder to the socket using a piece of wire.Here you can use whatever you use as a load. I will be using the light with a light holder, so I worked with the light holder.

In this step, you will need to take a wire from the other end of the socket to the plug to connect it to the main line.
At the same time, you will need to take a T-wire to connect the daughter line from the unconnected wire at one end of the switch.The line that goes directly from the light holder is called neutral.And the wire on the other side that will be connected directly from the switch to the main line is called the load.

I took a picture with the final series board, but there was one incomplete thing in the above steps, which was the fuse.The fuse must be connected through a wire that is inserted into the two holes in the two-pin socket through a thin wire. After that, when the circuit is completed with the help of electrical connections, a series electrical connection is made.However, it is possible to use multiple electrical appliances of the same wattage here.

B. Check with two electrical or electronic device series boards and show results. |

I tried to combine two procedural or electronic devices with this series of boards to see what the actual results were.
In this case, I have selected two electronic devices.
- 100 watt bulb
- Rice cooker.
Testing method:
First, connect the power supply directly to the series board while keeping the switch off.The rice cooker needs to be connected to the power supply connection and the socket used on the series board.After connecting, I think it is important to turn on the switch to ensure proper testing and accurate results. I think it is important to record what happens next.
Result:
- Initially, when the electric bulb and the rice cooker are connected together, the bulb does not light up even when it is connected to the rice cooker.
- Secondly, when the rice cooker starts cooking, the electric bulb lights up but the rice cooker does not work properly, meaning it is disconnected from the Rice cooker .I have identified the reason for this as the power capacity of an electric bulb is 100 watts, but the power capacity of a rice cooker ranges from 100 to 600 watts.For this reason, one person cannot properly draw power from another person at the same time through the thin wire.
C. Check with a short piece of cable in a series board and show the result. |

Examination:
In the first step, we connect a piece of wire in a U shape between the two-pin sockets of the series board we created.Then I try to analyze the results from there.
Results
As soon as I put the small wire through the tee and started supplying power from the main line, the circuit was completed and the electric lamp lit up.This is my initial phase of testing and it has been possible to collect these results. Also, to my knowledge, several possible results are possible, but I need to describe them in detail.Because right now I don't have all the equipment with which I can test them.
It is possible to determine the voltage with a multimeter, but in my opinion and with my limited knowledge, I think I have completed the initial testing.
I express my deepest gratitude to @mahadisalim bhai for giving me the courage to practice my efficiency and apply it in real life.God willing, I will try to continue this trend of joining in the coming weeks as well, if that is within my knowledge.

I enjoyed every step of making the electrical series board. And especially the connection of a U-shaped wire between the two-pin sockets of the series board made in the first step was unknown to me.
