We all know we need delicious and healthy food during Ramadan. With that in mind, I will share a delicious and nutritious recipe today. My today's recipe is called "Great Taste Fish Egg Vona."
Fish is a favorite food of all of us. And fish eggs are a favorite food of all young and old. Today I will show you a fantastic recipe with fish eggs. Keep reading my vlog.

🧾Ingredients required for making fish roe fry: 👇
- fish roe,
- chopped onion,
- chopped coriander leaves,
- ginger paste,
- garlic paste,
- cumin seeds,
- chili powder,
- turmeric powder,
- green chilies,
- salt in quantity,
- oil for cooking etc.
Method of frying fish eggs
STEP-1 |

- First, the fish eggs should be cleaned and washed well. Onion and green chilies should be chopped.

- Heat oil in a pan, fry the onion and green chilies and stir fry.

- Add ginger and garlic paste (quantity) to the fried onions. Now stir with green chili powder, turmeric powder, and cumin powder.

- Grind all the spices well. Cover with a lid with little water for a short period.

- If the spices are finaly ground, the fish eggs should be left in them. After giving the fish eggs, they should be stirred well to be neat. Cook like this for 4-5 minutes.

- When the fish eggs are fried, sprinkle coriander leaves on them. Mix the coriander leaves with eggs and turn off the stove.
