Betterlife - The Diary Game | January 18, 2025 | Activities And Buying Medicine, Fruits and veggies

Greetings Everyone, This is SHOHANA From #Bangladesh

Illness were not recovered so it was a need to go out and buy necessary medicine. In my last diary blog I've shared about my illness that took time to recover. The day were started following daily routine as always.

Food is power supplement for body and I was blessed that I could eat healthy even when I was ill. So I was not weak and physically active enough. I performed my each prayers on time though fighting with illness was on.

Had my breakfast, lunch and dinner on time too so I'm not writing much about my meals but I skip eating rice for dinner and had veggies that I bought and I had already in my room. I had healthy foods to eat.

To overcome illness I skip eating oily and hottest foods. I ate as much I can digest and had control over my overeating. I didn’t go out in the morning because morning is my working time online. I had shower before noon prayer and had my lunch before relaxing on bed.

Prayer call of afternoon were the time when I performed prayer and got ready to go out for some grocery items. To buy them at first I need some cash so I withdraw cash from nearest ATM booth. Then I went to the market. It was fruits and veggies as usual.

I bought half kilogram carrot, two apples and four oranges from the grocery market. I went to a medical shop too to buy some necessary medicine for my fast recovery. I tried to buy everything before the dusk. I ate tomatoes, carrots for dinner and followed my daily routine for the rest of the day.
