I love to eat. I can be called a food lover, but some foods make me feel good and positively affect my mood. Any food like chocolate makes me feel good. It happens. It includes black coffee, cappuccino, cold coffee with chocolate, or dark chocolate brownies. These are all my favourite foods. , when I have this food, my headaches go away, my depressed mind becomes cheerful, and it helps keep my mind positive. I always eat these foods from outside but make instant black coffee or cappuccino at home. After drinking coffee and cappuccino, my body gets a kind of energy level that boosts my good mood and gives me a positive vibe. Which helps keep me in good spirits.

The way I drink black coffee usually doesn't take much then I make this black coffee. First, I boil a cup of water on the stove and take half a teaspoon of coffee and a pinch of sugar in a cup. I started to stir well with a spoonful of water, and then the mixture of coffee in the cup formed a kind of bubble and became foam. Becomes my black coffee.
Moreover, I make cappuccino at home, and sometimes I make it just like black coffee, only I add milk. I also like to eat it. I feel a kind of calmness. It takes a lot of relaxation. Sometimes, I try to make cold coffee and brownies at home, but it's not much fun, so I eat from outside restaurants.

I like to eat these foods when I have a terrible headache or a bad mood, but when I don't have the ingredients to make these foods, I make a cold chocolate milkshake with a chocolate bar, basically whatever I am. No matter what I eat, it has to have a chocolate flavour, and I try to manage it. I take a glass of milk and a chocolate bar, mix it with ice and a little sugar, blend it, and pour it into the glass, which significantly calms my mind. , the chocolate flavour gives me a soothing feeling and naturally boosts my energy levels so I can get all my work done beautifully.
