Assalamu Alaikum beautiful friends, I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of Allah. I am Nahid, like every day, I wake up fresh and sit down to read. I am trying to be a little more focused on my studies as exams are near. There is only one day left for the exam. I was alone at home today. So I have to do the morning cooking. I can cook pretty much anything. I love to eat a lot, so when I feel like eating, I cook it myself. Even though I am a boy, I like cooking. My one wish was to be a five-star hotel safe.You can't have everything you want. There is a matter of luck. So it didn't happen anymore.

I was wondering what to cook. I thought of food that would be a lot of fun to eat and would take less time
So I decided to make also bhorta and egg bhaji with white rice
I am sharing with you how I cooked it.

A younger sister took a little bigger potato. Clean and boil the two potatoes. When the potatoes are finished cooking, I cut an onion, a dry pepper, and a red onion into small pieces. Then heat mustard oil well in a pan. After the oil heats up, I add the pre-packaged onions, chilies, and garlic into the oil. Boil the potatoes when the masala turns brown. After stirring for some time, my aloo bhorta was ready. I named this Aloo Bharta Shahi Aloo Bharta. After that, I fried an egg nicely. I cooked hot white rice with it.
After eating I sat down to read again.

Today at 2.30 PM the cricket match between Bangladesh and Pakistan is scheduled to be held, so I studied from morning till noon.

At the time of Zuhr prayer, I take a bath and leave for prayer. I buy one of my favorite foods when I return home after prayer. This dish is called Gurer Gaja. I like this food very much. I return home and finish my lunch.

After some rest, Bangladesh vs Pakistan match started I watched the full match live on my mobile.

I am a big fan of Bangladesh Cream team's best player Shakib Al Hasan Bhai. There are certain reasons for this. The first reason is that Saqib Bhai's house and our house are located in the same district and in the same area. I know him personally. I feel very fortunate to have spoken to him face-to-face many times. Because he is the world's number one all-round player.

My parents came back in the evening from outside. For me, we got hot potato chops and mushroom chops from the chop shop below the traditional Madhumati cinema hall in Magura district. All of these are the most famous in our district. It is very tasty to eat. Sharing the photo of the chop with you.

finished eating, I took a little walk through my own area. I love to walk outside at night. After 30 minutes of walking, I returned home and finished dinner. After eating, I sat down to read again.
