Actually, I have started a diet. The excess fat weight in the body has increased. That is why I have taken a target of losing ten kilograms. I am doing the keto diet which is very funny in Bengali. The diet has been started since last Wednesday. I am on a diet and it seems that the excess fat weight in the body is decreasing.

Since I used to eat rice every morning, and rice has very few carbohydrates. However, the calorie content is very high. I used to eat rice at three o'clock, and I also ate a lot of fast food. In a word, I ate more fried foods and calorie-rich foods, which is why I have increased my excess fat and weight.

I weighed myself on Wednesday. My weight was 63.700 kilograms. Now I feel that I have increased my excess weight. I have to reduce my weight now. That's why I started a diet. First, I mixed lemon with a glass of warm water. Lemon contains a lot of acid. Due to which it helps in melting fat quickly. Apart from that, just hot drinks are very beneficial for our body. However, eating lemon every day and for a long time can damage the tooth enamel. That's why I will do it for a few days first and then stop it. In the morning, I eat two rotis, cooked vegetables, and mixed salad.

Then I went out on the road. There is a field on the side of the road. Now farmers are cultivating rice in the field. I came here mainly to enjoy the beauty of the farmer's rice. I stood in the sun for some time and truly enjoyed the farmer's rice.

Sweat is pouring from my body while standing in the sun. Then I return home without much difficulty. At home, I go to my cousin's flower garden. It is not a garden but there were several marigold flower trees. Marigold flowers are blooming a lot which looks great. That is why I go to enjoy the beauty of flowers and the fragrance of flowers.

Any flower is very dear to me. The beauty of flowers and the form of flowers calms the mind a lot. Then I work on my mobile for some time. Which has become my daily habit.

It was almost eleven o'clock. There was a gathering near the house. My dear Amir Hamza, the speaker, had come to deliver the sermon. But I did not go there to hear the sermon. My cousins ​​and some boys from the neighborhood were going to the gathering and were calling me. But I did not want to go there because I had some work to do.

Money was given to my cousin. When he came home after the gathering, he was told to bring nuts. He brought nuts from the gathering towards Asr. I offered Asr prayers and immediately came home. The picture was taken while eating nuts.

Time was passing by while eating nuts. This moment of eating nuts in the afternoon after Asr was wonderful. Evening was approaching. The call for Maghrib had come, I offered prayers and returned home.

While returning home, my cousin was standing. I told him to go to the market. My cousin agreed. We went home to get winter clothes. After wearing winter clothes, we started going to the market. Since it would take 15 to 20 minutes to walk from the market to our house, I planned to go on foot. Besides, I am on a diet. Walking would be much better for me. My cousin himself had also come to the market for some work. There was a bKash shop there, where money was withdrawn.

He visitado casi todas las partes del mercado. Estaba buscando lugares para comprar verduras. Básicamente todas las tiendas tienen buenas verduras. Pero lo que yo quería era limón. Casi todas las tiendas no venden estas verduras. Desde que se acerca el Ramadán, los productores de limones están vendiendo menos limones ahora. Después de visitar todos los mercados, encontró limones en una tienda. Allí se compraron algunos limones. También se tomaron algunas fotografías de los puestos de verduras de invierno en el mercado.

Todo ha sido comprado. Sin embargo, veo muchos tipos de alimentos grasosos en el mercado, lo que me causa mucha angustia. Porque estoy a dieta. No es aconsejable comer alimentos grasosos durante este tiempo. Por eso se come un huevo cocido al salir. Porque los huevos contienen grasas buenas. Los huevos tienen mucha energía. Luego salí del mercado. Había varias tiendas de muri salado.

Pedí jhalmuri. Aunque estoy comprando el jhalmuri para mi cuñado. La elaboración del jhalmuri ha finalizado. El jhalmuri fue llevado a la tienda de mi hermano. Al hermano le dieron un jhalmuri. Finalmente me despedí de mi hermano y comencé a caminar de nuevo. Es una caminata de 10 a 15 minutos. Mientras tanto, llegué a casa.

He estado corriendo y ha caído mucho polvo sobre mi cuerpo. Me refresco y luego termino de cenar con mi familia. Después de cenar, fueron a su habitación y trabajaron en sus teléfonos móviles. Después del trabajo, se hacen los preparativos para dormir. Finalmente me quedé dormido.
