All friends, how are you? Today I have come with a new diary game. Yesterday was Tuesday. First of all, I think about several diets throughout my day. So I am busy with it all day now. Although I am involved in several other activities.

I wake up in the morning. Today I woke up very early. There was no fog for several days. But it was very cold. But today I woke up very early. Freshened up and started jogging.

When I reached an open area while jogging, I noticed one thing, only fog around. Although there was a light breeze. But this cold breeze in the morning after dawn gives the mind a very cool and best feeling. This feeling is not possible to get at any time of the day.

Such a beautiful moment at the beginning of the religion of Allah Ta'ala is really great. Because of such moments, focus on work and activity increases throughout the day. I am not wandering around and I was doing some work on this wonderful platform.

It feels great to spend time with this beautiful environment. Besides, I am getting the best feeling here. Pictures have been taken at this place. Such beautiful weather and environment I get for several days in a row. But today I was very focused. I was able to work with activity a lot of the time.

Then I come home. And every morning my diet is a glass of hot water, with lemon. I like this water and it is helping me lose weight. Then I work again for some time. Every morning my mother cooks rice for everyone. And after all the work she makes bread for me. Your mother is suffering a lot because of this diet of mine.

Although everyone eats bread along with other foods. If I follow the rules, my mother feels a little bit of pain for this. Then my food is ready. I finish eating in the morning. I was roaming around, so I went to an open space.

As soon as I went to the open space, I saw a farmer working to harvest rice. The farmer is taking care of his own land. But farmers are very hardworking. This comes from their crops and the beautiful mindset in their minds. They cultivate crops very hard.

Sunlight is often applied to the body. Then when the body gets warm, it comes home. When I come home, I finish some work. Then I take a bath this morning. After taking a bath, I apply oil on my body. Although I do this.

Then in the afternoon, I prepare and process my diet food. If I have taken two rotis. Then I was cleaning a tomato and cucumber. Finally, I sit down with the food and finish the food. After eating, I often use my mobile phone due to laziness.

He heard the sound of a car outside. Then I went outside. My uncle saw that the land was being filled. A car had actually arrived there. You can see sand being poured into the car. It is easy to fill the space with sand now. Although it has been a long time since he came here, that is why he came to see it.

This car is strange, isn't it? It brings a lot of sand at once. They have been working at this place for a long time. It was closed because of the rainy season. That is why it has been started again now.

Although it is very sunny now. In this sunshine, I go to our small garden. Basically, many types of vegetables are being cultivated in the small garden. But as soon as I went to the garden, I noticed one thing. There are many tomatoes on the tomato tree.

Here you can see a picture of your tomatoes which are actually raw. If you can say that it is completely organic and authentic. It is being cultivated without any pesticides or any kind of medicine. This is basically done to make it free of adulteration.

Although the vegetables are not that good. The tomatoes have ripened, but they are not that big now. They may look big in the picture, but they are not that big. I come to the garden to pick them. That is why I have come to this place today.

Time flies by as I pass by. Finally, the call for Asr has come. After finishing the prayers, I come home. When I come home, some work was being done. Then, just before evening, I go to the field to see the onion fields.

We are cultivating a lot of onions in the field this time. Since there are many rules in onion cultivation. That is why going to the field in the afternoon is like going to the field to see what the condition of the onions is like. When going to the field, a very beautiful moment comes to mind. You can see that the sun has turned red. Besides, there is green nature all around. The land has turned green with all the crops.

And that is why this place looks strangely beautiful. Although I enjoy the moment of sunset the most. It looks great to see the sun setting. I am walking to see our land. I have finished seeing the lands. I have walked for a long time.

Finally, I come home just before evening. I pray Maghrib. When I come home, I see that my brother has brought almonds from the market. Actually, I like almonds a lot. Although I am on a diet. But it will not affect my diet in any way.

You all probably know that almonds are good fats. That is why it will not affect my diet for me. Almonds have a lot of energy. Since I like it a lot, I have given up on it.

In a word, the sauce with nuts is amazing. The combination of nuts with sauce becomes ghee. Basically, I like it a lot, that's why I am talking a lot of things emotionally. Then, after dinner, I finish dinner with my family.

After dinner, I use my mobile phone in the room for some time. It has become a bad habit to use mobile phones. Still, I don't know what to do. Although I fall asleep after some time.
