In Bangladesh , we enjoy six distinct seasons throughout the year: "Summer , Rainy , Autumn , Late Autumn , Winter , and Spring ". Among these , my favorite season has to be Winter , although I also have a soft spot for the Rainy season. I find Winter more comfortable than the others. To me, comfortable weather is all-important and preferable.

However, if I had the power to skip or delete one season forever, it would undoubtedly be Summer. Known as "Modhu Mash," or the month of delicious fruits , summer in Bangladesh has become synonymous with unbearable heat and humidity. The scorching sun and stifling conditions make life challenging not only for humans but also for animals and birds . It's a season of extreme exhaustion , where survival becomes a daily struggle for many.

Winter in Bangladesh is truly magical. The air becomes crisp and refreshing , providing a welcome relief from the intense heat of the preceding months . It's a time when people feel relaxed , and many festivities take place. From weddings and picnics to book fairs and traveling, winter offers the perfect weather for outdoor activities and celebrations. Compared to the extreme conditions of summer, winter in Bangladesh is relatively comfortable , making it my preferred season.
And on a rainy day , I enjoy the comfort of reading books and listening to Rabindra Sangeet and laziness.

One of the most cherished traditions during winter in Bangladesh revolves around food. Winter is fondly referred to as "Pitha Puli's Mash," a time when a variety of sweet dishes are made using freshly harvested crops and rice. One special ingredient that adds a unique flavor to these dishes is "Kejurer Rosh," or Date juice, which is used to make a special type of jaggery known as "Jayggray." Some popular winter delicacies include "Pati Shapta," "Dudh Chitoi," and "Vapa Pitha." These traditional rice cakes are made using rice powder, khejur gur (date jaggery), milk, and coconut, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of Bangladesh. The availability of freshly harvested crops and rice during winter makes it the perfect time for making these delectable treats. The combination of rice powder , khejur gur , milk , and coconut creates a mouthwatering array of flavors and textures that are unique to our winter cuisine. For me, indulging in these traditional winter delicacies is one of the highlights of the season, making it even more special and comfortable.
On rainy days, people often enjoy "Khichuri and Hilsha Fish Fry," which are traditional and cultural foods associated with the rainy season.
In conclusion, Bangladesh offers a rich tapestry of seasons, each with its own unique charm and significance. While Winter remains my favorite season due to its pleasant weather and festive atmosphere, I also appreciate the culinary delights and cultural traditions associated with it. I'm eager to learn about the seasonal variations in your countries and how they compare to the diverse and distinct seasons we experience here in Bangladesh.

In India, there are mostly 3 season. Summer , winter and rainy season. I like summer and winter season because I have electric business and in summer season, sales are good because of we do sell fans and in winter season we do sell blowers. At this time summer season is going on. I also like summer because I love to eat ice-cream and cool shakes. I don't like rainy because it creates problems around my house. And sales gets down in rainy season. I like your post and you have written well and fully justice with your writing.
Thanks
