Hope you are well my dear friends. I welcome you to my diary. Alhamdulillah I am fine. Today I was having a barbecue party with my younger brothers. I will tell you the details below.
Today it was raining all day so all the younger brothers said that bro, let's have a barbecue party today.So I figured that since it's raining today it's a cold weather day so the barbeque party can be done. I collected a contribution from everyone else who would participate and sent one younger brother to the market to go and buy chicken and bring barbecue spices and whatever else is needed.And all of us who were at home started preparing the barbecue fire. I started packing everything else.Just at that moment the younger brother came from the market with the chicken. As you can see I sat down to cut the chicken to size. Cut to size. I cleaned it and prepared it for applying the spices.
After cleaning the chicken. Barbeque Masala More variety of spices mixed with chicken meat and well rubbed ready to fire. Again the fire is being prepared to burn the meat.
After the fire hits well, I put a net on the fire to cover the meat so that the heat of the fire hits the meat well. Then the meat was given to put on the fire. This way the meat is slowly aged for barbecuing.This is how we try to burn the meat with coal fire so that no part is raw inside. So while burning in this way, our coal fire is going out, then oil is added to the coal so that it catches fire well. I continued to sear the meat like this for about 40 minutes. At one point the meat was all barbecued.
After some time, the barbecue was prepared, then we all shared the barbecue and bought butter bread from the store, because there was no environment to make bread in the match, reluctantly I had to buy bread from outside. So I bought six naans from outside.As you can see we divided into six and all sat together. Actually cooking your own barbecue is a fun and different feeling. Even though we don't cook regulars, our barbecue turned out pretty good, very tasty.

Hope the party was great.So far there has been no such opportunity but it has become our current habit to have a picnic in a different way every now and then.We have at least two to three picnics every month, but I don't know why I have become more interested in your matter.
