My username is @tishasultana and I'm from Bangladesh.
I reside in Bagerhat, Khulna. Shrimps abound in this area. They commonly refer to it as fish Kuwait. I took an early-morning walk today. I came across these stunning prawns. I went to the market to purchase prawns and then went home. Whether to cook the prawns was a question I had. A recipe I learned from my mother afterwards entered my mind. My mother used to cook prawn fish with coconut very nicely, so let's see what ingredients will be required to cook my coconut prawn malaikari.

First, I cut the prawns and cleaned them well, then put half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt, put the pan on the gas stove and heat it. Many people give a little less amount of oil. I will add six spoons of oil to the pan because the fat will come from the coconut paste I have taken. After the oil is heated, I will put the fried shrimp balls one by one inside the fan and fry the shrimp until they are light red

I will add two medium-sized chopped onions. When the onion's colour turns brown, I will add all the spices one by one and grind the masala very well. After scouring the first masala, I will add the coconut paste to the fish. Grind the prawns, masala and coconut paste very well, then add three cups of water, some whole green chillies on top and keep the gas stove on medium heat. After 20 minutes, I remove the prawns.
