So without any delay, let's start my story today, which I hope will give everyone a lot of joy.

A man lived in a small village, his name was Subol. Every person in the village knew him for his good characteristics. He used to talk to every person in the village with a smile, he always come forward in everyone's trouble and always proved his generosity. All the villagers praised him a lot and said, “A good person like Subol cannot be seen in this era. We all should learn from him.”

Every Villagers love Subhol

Although he was a simple and ordinary person outside the house but at home he was a completely different person. At home, he had a wife named Bimala. Bimala was a very calm and patient woman. Bimala always tried her best to keep her husband happy all the time. When he returned home, he would always get angry with Bimala about unnecessary things. He would shout for the slightest reason and would not help in any household work of Bimala. But whenever a neighbor came to the house, Subol's nature would suddenly change. He would talk to Bimala very nicely, calmly, and smile sweetly in front of everyone. Bimal was surprised to see this different look of his and always kept quiet. She always wondered in her mind why Subol mistreated him so badly. Bimala watched Subol very closely that he was wearing two masks one was for the world and the other for his family.

After a long time, another new family came to this small village. The family had a young child, his anme was Anupam. Anupam was a very lively, restless, and curious kind of boy. He had heard a lot of praise for Subol from his father and other villagers that he was a very good person by heart. He always observed Subol very closely and he wanted to be a real person like Subol.
He always used to roam around Subol, just like that one day he went near Subol's house while playing. When he went there, he heard Subol was shouting with his wife very loudly. For observing the matter properly, he stood beside a tree behind the house and followed the whole matter. He saw him arguing with his wife in a very harsh language about a very small matter and his wife was sitting and crying a lot quietly in front of Subol. Anupam was a little surprised to see this change in Subol's character and wondered that Subol might not be in a good mood today. After seeing all this, Anupam left that place.

Subol missbehaved with his wife

Since Anupam was very curious, the next day he again went to Subol's house at the same time. That day too he saw that Subol was behaving very badly with his wife for no reason. And after a while, he left the house. Anupam followed him and Subol went to a village tea shop and sat down there very normally. There Subol talked to everyone very nicely, smiling and sweetly. He was explaining to everyone how important kindness is and we should always treat everyone well. Anupam was very surprised by the changes in Subol’s behavior and at the same time felt very annoyed. Anupam thought to himself that Subol was not a good person.
After a week, a fair was organized in the village. The village elders agreed that since Subol was a kind and very good-hearted person in this village, they would organize a speech for him at the village fair. Everyone in the village requested him to give some inspirational speech for the villagers at this fair. Subol agreed to this proposal.

Another day, Anupam was walking by Subol's house. He saw Bimala standing in the courtyard of the house with great difficulty cutting wood. On the other hand, Shubol was sitting on the veranda of the house and reading a newspaper. Bimala was working so hard but Subol did not pay any attention to it. This scene pains Anupam a lot and he decides to teach Subol a lesson. Then Anupam returns to his home with determination.
After returning home, he went to his father. His father was a very skilled carpenter. Anupam requests his father two masks for him. One mask will be the face of a kind man and the other will be very angry. Anupam's father is a little surprised to see such a demand from his son and asks what was the reason behind this. Anupam replies that a fair will be held in their village soon and he wants to do something entertaining for the villagers. His father is very happy with this and his prepares to make two masks as his requested.
On the day of the fair, many villagers were present. A stage was prepared there and Subol delivered his speech there. After Subol's speech, Anupam got on the stage. Anupam said to the villagers, "Friends, today I want to share a story with all of you. He wore the kind mask and said, “There was a man in a village. He used to wear a kind mask to look good in front of villagers and he maintained a very good relationship with everyone.”

Anupom performed in front of villagers

Then he read the other angry mask and said, “But whenever he returned at home, he would take on different forms. When he returned home, he would be very angry and misbehave with his family members.” Every person in the village started whispering and understood the deep meaning of what Anupam said. Many of the villagers nodded their heads and accepted the truth of Anupam’s words. Then Anupam said to all the villagers, “Friends, should we wear two masks in our lives or should we mix with everyone with our inner transparency and truth.”
The villagers clapped their hands and congratulated Anupam for teaching them all this ultimate truth of life.
Subol slowly walked behind all the villagers and his face turned red with shame. He went to his wife Bimala and said, “I am sorry Bimala. Please forgive me and give me a chance to correct my mistakes.”

Subol had changed himself

From that day on, Subol started respecting and as well as loving his wife Bimala. He helped her with various household chores. He spoke very politely not only to outsiders but also at home. All the villagers noticed this change in him and were very happy. From then on, the respect for Subol among the villagers increased even more.
Through this story, we learn that a person wearing two masks is dishonest, unbalanced, and full of hypocrisy. They can never be trusted because they can take any form at any time. There are many such people around us and in the society. The purity of a person’s heart cannot be understood by looking at his external appearance, so we all have to find our true friends through sharpness and intelligence.
