You are right, change in our lives is a natural part of life. As you said, when we are young, we do not understand many things, but as we grow up, our understanding and experiences expand, and this affects how we live our daily lives. Our routines change, as we take on new responsibilities, choices, and needs in life.
Many of the things we did as children may no longer be relevant or necessary as adults, and we tend to find a balance between work, family, and personal needs. These changes, while sometimes difficult, are part of the process of personal growth. However, even though our routines change, some habits or values we learned as children, such as the importance of good sleep or time for ourselves, may remain a part of our lives.
