Lemon fruit is no stranger to the public, this fruit is oval in shape and has a green color when it is ripe this fruit turns yellow, this fruit is beneficial for health.

THE BENEFITS OF LEMON :

1. Helps maintain body immunity
2. Help lose weight
3. Help increase the intake of vitamin C
4. Helps digestion
5. Helps lose weight and many more health benefits.
